Jansons Institute of Technology, in collaboration with AICTE, marked International Women’s Day on March 8, to honour women faculty members and young female students for their remarkable contributions and achievements. The event was part of Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Viksit Bharnt 2047, an initiative of the Ministry of Education.
The chief guest, Amutha, a professional storyteller known for her program N.E.S.T. (New Ethics in Storytelling) in Coimbatore, captivated the audience with her empowering session. She emphasised self-love, encouraged women to dream big, and shared motivational stories to overcome challenges. Amutha's mantra of "Learn to say no" resonated with attendees, enhancing self-confidence and willpower. Dr T Meenakshi, HC President of JIT, honoured the guest with a memento, concluding a session filled with enthusiasm and empowerment.
