Sundaram Finance organises beauty contest for commercial vehicles

Sundaram Finance Ltd, one of India’s leading NBFCs with expertise in automotive lending, housing loans, and asset management, organised the 2025 Pongal Beauty Contest for Commercial Vehicles in Harur. 
This unique event celebrated the best-decorated and most well-maintained trucks, creating an engaging and enjoyable experience for truck owners and drivers.
The winners of the contest were Vinoth from Vivek Transports, who secured the first prize; Subhas Chandrabose from SSK Transports, who took the second prize; and Nedunchezhian from SCK Transports, who won the third prize.  Their vehicles stood out for their decorations, cleanliness, and overall maintenance.
The event was graced by Suresh, Joint Transport Commissioner, and Dharmapuri RTO Damodharan, who served as the chief guests. They also conducted a road safety awareness session, emphasising the importance of safety and maintenance for commercial vehicle operators.
A total of 15 trucks participated in the event, each showcasing unique decorations that reflected high standards of cleanliness, cabin quality, and identity. 
The competition was part of Sundara(m) Sangamam, a customer engagement program conducted by Sundaram Finance as part of National Road Safety Month 2025, observed from January 1 to January 31.
