Graduation Day in Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College

The 24th Graduation Day Ceremony of Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College was held on Thursday.  The ceremony honored 1,903 undergraduate students, 390 postgraduate students, and 12 doctoral candidates, got degrees from the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. S. Vincent, Member Secretary - Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST).
In his graduation day address, he highlighted the institute's inception with a visionary outlook and emphasized that success is founded on three critical pillars: hard work, dedication, and perseverance. He encouraged the graduates to recognize three indispensable influences in their lives: their parents, the institutes where they studied, and their teachers. 
Following the Chief Guest’s address, Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami, Chairman of Dr. N.G.P. Educational Institutions, extended heartfelt New Year and Pongal wishes to the graduates and the gathering. 
Dr. S. Saravanan, the Principal of Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, presented the academic report and administered the graduation pledge. 
Dr. Saravanan also discussed the various funding opportunities received by the college, including grants under the DBT Star College Scheme by the central government of India, which underscore the institution's emphasis on research and scientific advancement.
