Tiruppur Collector T Christuraj, accompanied by 44 government officers, inspected various government projects in the Kangayam region on August 21 as part of the "Ungalai Thedi Ungal Ooril" scheme. During his visit, he conducted a review at Sivanmalai village regarding several key initiatives, including the provision of patta (land ownership documents) for house construction, the construction of an overhead water tank with a capacity of 2 lakh litres, and the development of a sewage water canal at AC Nagar.
The Collector also visited the Veenam Palayam Adidravidar colony, where he inspected the process of granting patta for home construction. 
Following these inspections, he chaired a consultation meeting with government officers at the Kangayam Panchayat Union office. During the meeting, he emphasised the importance of promptly addressing the concerns and requests of the local population and urged the officers to provide timely solutions. District Revenue Officer Karthikeyan, District Rural Development Agency Project Manager Malarvizhi, Dharapuram Revenue Divisional Officer Senthil Arasan, Chairman of Kangayam Municipality Suryaprakash, Kangayam Tahsildar Mayilsami, and other government officers were present during the inspections and meeting.
