Erode and Tirupur District Coir Products Manufacturers Association Committee Meeting was held at Chennimalai, Erode District. Erode and Tirupur District Coir Products Producers Association President Thanasekaran, Secretary Sathasivam, Treasurer Senthilkumar, Tamil Nadu Government Coir CEO Dr. Kannan, Auditor Selvaraj, SIDBI Erode Branch Manager were present.
Resolutions like 50% government subsidy for solar unit installation, 50% electricity subsidy, fire accident insurance, GST regulation, taluk-wise warehouses to stock goods, registration with the Central Coir board office were passed. Following this, a felicitation ceremony was held for Federation of Tamil Nadu Coir Association President Poochami. At the end of the program, the Association Vice-President Shanmugam delivered the vote of thanks.
