Why PoK has not been recovered yet?

Addressing an election campaign rally held in Uttar Pradesh's Amethi constituency, Amit Shah said, “Pakistan Occupied Kashmir belongs to India. It will always belong to India. We will save it”.
That may be right but the BJP itself has been in power for the past decade. What have you done so far? Did you just remember about Pakistan Occupied Kashmir? Did you wage wars in the last ten to recover occupied Kashmir by Pakistan? If not war, has negotiations been held? Was it raised in the United Nations? Has Pakistan been given any crisis?
Kashmir was occupied by not the superpowers like America or China. Pakistan is a very small country. 
After being idle for 10 years, when the election results are only a week away, Amit Shah to say like this is nothing but the sole aim of reaping votes in the 7th phase elections.
No matter who wins the election, no matter which party comes to power. Occupied Kashmir must be restored. Because occupied Kashmir belongs to India. No one has a different opinion on this. When that land becomes our own, that day will be India's victory day!
