Tamil Nadu Accounts Committee Review Meeting held at Tiruppur

The Tamil Nadu Accounts Committee Review Meeting was held on September 26 at the Tiruppur Collector's office, led by K. Selvaperunthagai, Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Accounts Committee.
During the meeting, K. Selvaperunthagai addressed the gathering, stating that the committee conducted a thorough inspection of the actions taken by various departments in Tiruppur for the 2024-2025 year. The review included several key departments such as the Cooperative Food and Consumer Protection Department, School Education Department, Differently Abled Welfare Department, Employee Welfare and Skill Development Department, Higher Education Department, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Water Resources Department, Rural Development Department, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, and the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, among others. The committee assessed ongoing projects and identified necessary actions to be taken within these departments.
The meeting was attended by Mayor Dinesh Kumar, City Police Commissioner Lakshmi, District Superintendent of Police Abhishek Gupta, District Revenue Officer Karthikeyan, District Forest Officer Devendra Kumar Meena, Acting Joint Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Revathi, and other officers.
