RKS Institutions’ YoungPreneur event set to kick off on January 10

The YoungPreneur event, an initiative celebrating student innovation, will return for its 2025 edition on January 10. Launched in 2023 as part of the Pongal and Kaanum Pongal festivities, the event has grown into an annual tradition showcasing the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of students. 
This year, 30 stalls will feature a range of attractions, including food, a gaming garage, shopping, and engaging events. Students have been working tirelessly to create unique, innovative stalls that highlight eco-friendly products and creative solutions, promising a vibrant experience for attendees. YoungPreneur, with an anticipated 4,500+ visitors, reflects the values of Pongal, a festival symbolising new beginnings and prosperity. 
The event offers students invaluable practical experience in business skills like budgeting, marketing, and customer engagement, fostering innovation, collaboration, and resilience. Since its inception, YoungPreneur has seen significant growth, expanding from 18 stalls in 2023 to 30 in 2025.
This evolution highlights the event's impact on both students and the community, emphasising the importance of experiential learning in shaping future leaders. The event will be held at RK Sreerangamal Kalvi Nilayam, Avinashi Road between 2 and 9 PM.
