Randomisation of police officials ahead of polls completed in TV Malai

In a recent meeting at the Tiruvannamalai District Collector’s office, the randomisation of police officers assigned to election duties for the upcoming Parliamentary General Election was conducted.

In a recent meeting at the Tiruvannamalai District Collector’s office, the randomisation of police officers assigned to election duties for the upcoming Parliamentary General Election was conducted. This process took place in the presence of Police Supervisors for the Tiruvannamalai and Arani Parliamentary Constituencies, Patula Gangadhar and Mahaveer Prasad Meena, respectively, along with District Electoral Officer and Collector D Bhaskara Pandian. The randomisation was completed yesterday.

During the meeting, the District Electoral Officer elaborated on the distribution of election responsibilities within Tiruvannamalai district and outlined the duties assigned to the officers. Additionally, in accordance with the Election Commission of India's directives, measures were discussed to ensure law and order at the polling stations during the parliamentary elections scheduled for April 19.

The gathering included District Superintendent of Police Dr. K Karthikeyan, Arani Returning Officer and District Revenue Officer Dr. M Priyadarshini, District Collector's Interview Assistant (Elections) Kumaran, as well as various police officers and government officials.
