Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology in Perur Pachapalayam, Coimbatore, successfully hosted the inauguration of the Electric Bike Design Challenge Season 4.0 on September 24. The event was presided over by Thiru R. Sundar, Joint Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, and Dr. N. R. Alamelu, Director of Academics at SNR Sons Charitable Trust.
Thirteen enthusiastic teams from across India participated, demonstrating remarkable spirit and a wealth of innovative ideas. EBDC Season 4.0 aims to promote sustainable transportation solutions, with designers competing to create cutting-edge electric bike prototypes.
At the conclusion of the inauguration ceremony, Thiru R. Sundar, Dr. N. R. Alamelu, and the Heads of Departments visited each team’s pit to offer their best wishes and encouragement. As part of the event, a road safety awareness program was organized for the participants.
