Coimbatore Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati conducted a ground survey in the Annur area on December 26, inspecting government institutions and ongoing initiatives under the Ungalai Thedi Ungal Ooril program.
As part of the visit, the Collector distributed e-land documents to 31 beneficiaries from Kanuvakarai village through the Adi Dravidar Welfare Department, amounting to Rs. 37.20 lakhs. Additionally, hearing aid machines worth Rs. 16,500 were provided to the hearing impaired through the Differently Abled Welfare Department.
The Collector inspected the ration shop in Angamudaliyar Colony to assess the quality of products distributed to ration card holders. He reviewed the number of ration cards issued, the essentials provided, and instructed the shop workers to ensure timely delivery of goods to the beneficiaries.
The survey was attended by District Superintendent of Police Kartikeyan, District Revenue Officer Sharmila, Assistant Collector (Training) Ankit Kumar Jain, Revenue Officer (North) Govindan, Municipality President Parameswaran, Vice President Vijay Kumar, Deputy Collector (Training) Abhinaya, and Tahsildar Kumari Anandhan, along with ward members Kanchana Sivakumar, Manikandan, Rajathi, Selvi Pannerselvam, and Gunasundhari.
