Coimbatore-based KSR & Co honoured with national level award by ICSI

Coimbatore-based KSR & Co has received the prestigious Best Corporate Executives in the Indian Subcontinent award from the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI). The award was presented at a ceremony held in Bengaluru on December 20, attended by prominent figures including Sadhguru Madhusudhan Sai and former Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
Dr. KS Ravichandran, the founder of KSR & Co, accepted the award alongside his team, marking another milestone for the company known for its excellence in corporate governance and legal consultancy. A pioneer in resolving complex corporate challenges such as shareholder disputes, mergers, commercial litigation, and intellectual property issues, Dr. Ravichandran has set benchmarks in the industry.
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Coimbatore, KSR & Co has been operating for over 32 years, with branches in Chennai and Bengaluru. This is not the first recognition for the firm; in 2020, its partner Dr. CV Madhusudhanan was honored for the Best Secretariat Report.
Dr. Ravichandran, who has held key leadership roles including serving as a director of KVP Bank for eight years, is also a prolific author with several publications to his name. The latest accolade reaffirms KSR & Co's position as a leader in corporate consultancy.
