Brain dead 55 year old financier gives life to 6 persons at Coimbatore

The deceased Mr.V.Kumaravadivel  Age 55,  survived by his wife Mrs.Chitra and daughters Navanithi and Navyasree living at  Theeran Chinnamalai Nagar, Kangeyam taluk, Vellakovil,  Tirupur District.  On the fateful day of Nov 3rd night at around 8pm, he met with an accident at Kannur District, Kerala. Immediately he was taken to nearby hospital for first aid treatment, then after to KMCH Avinashi Road Coimbatore, for specialized treatment. During the treatment he didnt respond much and declared brain dead on Nov 9. 
The family stood clueless and his wife and daughters  came forward generously to donate his organs. 
Multi Organ Transplant Surgeons and team harvested Liver, Kidneys and Eyes from the body of the deceased in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Transplant Authority, Govt. of Tamil Nadu.  
The harvested organ i.e. Liver was transplanted at KMCH, One Kidney and Eyes was sent to a private hospital at Coimbatore. 
One Kidney was sent to private hospital at Erode, The family members felt proud that his organs gave new lease of lives to 6 needy people. 
In honoring their gesture, Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman, KMCH thanked the family for their bold and timely decision on organ donation.
