TNAU organized a job fair 2024 at Coimbatore

 The Centre for Students Welfare, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore organized a Job Fair 2024 for the under graduate students’ of 2020 batch UG and PG Students on August 8 and 9 at Convocation Hall, TNAU, Coimbatore. As a part of the programme  20 companies embarked to come in to conduct selection processes and 500 students participated in the Job Fair.
Dr.N.Maragatham, Dean, Centre for Students Welfare, welcomed the gathering. 
In the inaugural address, Dr.R.Thamizh Vendan, Registrar of the University, thanked the firms for the trust they placed in the university. TNAU students are now more driven to maintain their supreme level of technical knowledge and physical fitness in order to compete for jobs in the government, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), service industry, banking, large national and international enterprises, and research labs. 
Dr.J.Venkita Pirabu, Retired Professor, Centre for Students Welfare briefed the programme of activities carried out for the Job Fair 2024 as well as its significance. 
Dr.S.Kavitha, Asst. Placement Coordinator, Centre for Students Welfare bequeathed vote of appreciation to conclude the session. She made her note with the efforts taken by the Professors, Dr.P.Muthulakshmi, Dr.K.M.Sellamuthu, Dr.M.Thangaraj and Dr.C.Pradipa for their involvement in organizing the Job Fair 2024 with great success. The Pre Placement talks about the nature of job and company emoluments were also presented by various companies to the students through presentation and videos.
