Isha's rural sports event to be held on Dec 29

After an exhilarating series of cluster, divisional and state-level volleyball and throwball matches that ignited excitement across South India, the stage is now set for the grand finals of the 16th I

After an exhilarating series of cluster, divisional and state-level volleyball and throwball matches that ignited excitement across South India, the stage is now set for the grand finals of the 16th Isha Gramotsavam, Bharat’s largest rural sports festival. 
The finale, scheduled for December 29, 2024, will take place in front of the iconic 112-ft Adiyogi statue and will be graced by Sadhguru, Founder of Isha Foundation, along with cricket legends Virender Sehwag and Venkatesh Prasad.  Thousands of people from India and worldwide are expected to witness this spectacular event.
The men’s volleyball finals series of matches will feature a fierce contest among teams representing Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala (two teams each), Karnataka (four teams), and Tamil Nadu (twelve teams).  
Similarly, the women’s throwball finals will see competition between teams from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana (two teams each), and Tamil Nadu (six teams).
The event will be telecast live on Isha Foundation's official YouTube channel.
