ICT Academy honours Dr. Thavamani Devi Palaniswami at Coimbatore

Dr. Thavamani Devi Palaniswami has been serving as the Vice Chairperson, KMCH, a leading multispecialty hospital and as the Secretary of Dr. NGP Educational Institutions in Coimbatore. 
She founded Dr. NGP Research and Educational Trust, a non-profit organization in the year 1990. She is also a renowned pediatrician and adolescent care specialist.
Presently, the Trust is running 10 Educational Institutions in the field of Health Sciences, Arts & Science, Engineering & Technology, Teacher Education and a CBSE affiliated school.
ICT Academy is the convergence of policymakers, industry leaders, and academic leaders to explore the right skills strategy to develop Gen Z for the future of work and the need to invest in people that would augment resilient economic growth. 
Under the auspices of Information Technology and Digital Services Department, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, ICT Academy organized a high impact industry-institute interaction event called Bridge24. The event took place on 20th August 2024 at Hotel Le Meridien, Coimbatore.
Dr. Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Minister Information Technology & Digital Services, presented the Education Change Maker Award to her in recognition of her outstanding contributions and making a significant and lasting impact in the field of education.
During the event, she expressed her happiness at receiving the award. She believes that this recognition will inspire her to consistently improve the quality of education.
