Chennai IIT alumnus on the lines of Sundar Pitchai’s

Pawan Dauluri, a IIT Chennai alumnus has been appointed as the new CEO of Microsoft Windows and Surface Tech.
Many of the world's leading tech companies have Indians in key and leading roles. For example, there is Sundar Pichai of Google and Satya Nadella of Microsoft. Pawan Dauluri is currently joining their ranks.
The Microsoft Windows and Surface teams were separated and ran under separate leadership. 
Pawan Dauluri, an IIT Chennai alumnus, led the Surface team. Michael Barakin led the Microsoft Windows team.
As such, the Microsoft Windows and Surface teams have now been reunited and Pawan Dauluri has been appointed as the head of the company. 
Pawan Dauluri's appointment is garnering attention and accolades as Microsoft takes new initiatives.
After graduating from IIT Chennai with a bachelor's degree, Pawan Dauluri completed his master's degree from the University of Maryland, USA in 1999. 
He then started his journey with Microsoft and has worked with the same company for more than 23 years. Currently he holds the top position of this company.
