Rajeshwari, a 22-year-old woman standing 3 feet tall, gave birth to a baby through surgery at Tiruvannamalai Government Medical College. She resides in Kalastambadi Village, Sengam Circle, Tiruvannamalai District, and is married to Sakthivel.

Rajeshwari experienced abdominal labour pains on Wednesday and was initially admitted to Melpennathur Primary Health Center. Based on the doctors' recommendations, she was transferred to Tiruvannamalai Government Medical College. Upon examination, the doctors decided to perform a caesarean section, successfully delivering a baby girl.

The medical team responsible for the surgery included Dr. Hariharan, Principal of the Government Medical College, with support from Dr. Palamurugan, Head of Anesthesiology, and Drs. Saravanakumar, Balakrishna, Anandaraj, Rajeshwari, Jayanthi, Arumkannu, Kalaivani, and Rajesh. The team was led by Medical Superintendent Dr. Malathi, Station Medical Officer Dr. Kathir, and Nurse Guru.

Rajeshwari expressed her gratitude for the successful operation, noting that the procedure would have cost Rs 2 lakhs in a private hospital, which her family could not afford. She thanked the doctors and staff at Tiruvannamalai Government Medical College for their care and support.
