Thoothukudi Police team wins SP cup cricket tournament

The Thoothukudi City Sub-Divisional Team emerged victorious in the SP Cup Police Cricket Tournament held to celebrate Pongal. 
The team secured their win against the Sathankulam Sub-Divisional Team in the semi-finals, followed by a win in the final match.
The tournament, organised by the Thoothukudi District Police, saw participation from multiple police teams, with the Armed Forces-II team also showcasing a strong performance. 
The District Superintendent of Police, Albert John, praised the Thoothukudi City team for their achievement and congratulated them at the District Police Office grounds on January 20.
Key officials, including Assistant Superintendent of Police Madan and Armed Forces Inspector Sunaimurugan, attended the event to encourage and celebrate the players.
