Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort Introduces Pet-Friendly Policy

Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, Mahabalipuram is introducing a pet-friendly policy, welcoming both pets and service animals to the resort. This move reflects the resort's commitment to providing exceptional service to all guests, including those traveling with their furry companions. The policy will be in effect from 15 July 2024. 
We've poured our hearts into creating pet-friendly accommodations that not only meet but exceed the high standards our guests expect from the Sheraton Grand brand," said SaptarshiBiswas, General Manager of Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, Mahabalipuram. 
Key features of the new pet-friendly policy include comfortable pet beds and mats, a complimentary pet welcome kit, dedicated areas for pet relief and exercise, and a pet fee of ₹ 2,000 plus taxes per pet, per night. The resort continues to offer its signature blend of luxury and comfort to guests, and now extends its welcome to their friendly pets as guests.
