Rs 1000 for boy students too: DMK candidate KE Prakash

Erode DMK candidate KE Prakash campaignd in many areas of the Modakurichi assembly constituency yesterday. 

 In his speech, he said that ''In Tamil Nadu, 1.15 crore women are being given Rs. 1,000 per month under the Kalaignar Women's Entitlement Scheme on behalf of the DMK government. After taking charge, the CM implemented the free (dawn travel) travel scheme in government buses. To provide scholarships to female students,  pudumai pengal scheme has been implemented and 2.72 lakh female students are being given Rs.1,000 in their bank account every month. Similarly, under the 'Tamil Pudalavan' scheme, boy students will soon be given Rs 1,000 per month. If the India alliance wins, the cooking gas cylinder price will be halved. Petrol-Diesel price will be reduced to Rs75 and 65. Education loan will be waived. Various schemes will be implemented to improve the standard of living of farmers and weavers. All the election promises of India Alliance will be fully fulfilled. During this campaign, DMK South District united Treasurer and Corporation Zone President PK Palaniswami, former Congress MLA Palaniswami, functionaries of DMK and allies participated.
