Professional Societies inaugurated in Ramakrishna institute at Coimbatore

The inauguration of the Professional Societies at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Pachapalayam, Coimbatore was held on Wednesday. The event was graced by Dr. Selva Pandian, Industry Liaison Officer, Placement and Industry Interaction, IIT Palakkad, as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, the Chief Guest delivered a talk on “Bridging Academia and Industry: Unlocking Opportunities through Professional Societies.” He emphasized the significance of professional societies in equipping students with the skills and exposure required to meet industry demands. 
  The Director (Academics), SNR Sons Charitable Trust, Coimbatore Dr. N. R. Alamelu, highlighted the importance of staying updated with technological advancements and leveraging professional societies as platforms for continuous learning and holistic development. 
Following the session, student teams representing various professional societies demonstrated their innovative projects. Dr. David J Rathnraj, College Principal presided.
