Ooty Collector presides over free marriages

The Nilgiris Collector Lakshmi Bhavya Thanneru presided over free marriages of 5 couples arranged by the HR and CE department at the Utagai Arulmiku Mariamman Thirukovil on Monday and distributed  mangalsuthra and house hold goods worth  Rs.4.70 lakhs to them.
