Naturopathy students told to become IAS officers at Erode

Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yoga Science (BNYS) students should try to become IAS officers to take policy decisions to further improve the science, advised Dr N Nagarajan assistant medical officer, GH, Madurai. 
He attended as chief guest in the prize distribution function at the national level yoga competition held among BNYS students of various colleges in the Perundurai Kongu Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College in connection with the World Yoga Day on Tuesday. College correspondent A Venkatachalam and principal Dr C Pratap Singh presided.
In his speech, he said some students would become clinicians and some as academicians. 
But, whatever may be the students should involve in research activities to further improve the medicinal system and documet them. 
At the same time, they should try to become IAS officers to make policy decisions. 
Another chief guest Dr M Muthukumar appealed to the students to study the subject in indepth manner as many try to take advantage by propagating the Naturopathy and Yoga Science in different names and advise people through online to cure their diseases including infertility problem and get income. 
Even IT people interfere in our field in this way. 
So, the BNYS students should be more cautious in becoming masters in their subject.  
Aishwaryam Naturecure Hospital and Yoga Centre chief medical officer Dr S Sujatha spoke on the features of yoga system.
