Erode Vellalar College student selected for National Water Polo Competition

The selection competition  for the TN team for the 77th National Swimming Competition (water polo) was organized by the Tamil Nadu Swimming Association from August 16 to 18 at the Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority Swimming Centre, Velachery, Chennai. S.S. Kanika, a student of Vellalar Women's College, a first year student of English Literature participated and was selected for the Tamil Nadu team to participate in the national level competition to be held in Kerala. College President Mr. C. Jayakumar, Secretary Mr. S. D. Chandrasekhar, Principal Dr. S. K. Jayanthi, Director of Physical Education Dr. K. Malathi and swimming coach Mr. R. Velmurugan felicitated her.
