Entrepreneurship Programme at KPRIET

KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, conducted a 30-day training on manufacturing household chemicals and herbal products under the Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme in association with the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
Individuals, irrespective of educational background and age, participated and received certificates for completing the training program.
Entrepreneurs and professionals from various fields shared their experience, business opportunities, marketing, and business planning. 
They also explained the central and state government policies and grants available to start the own ventures.
10 trainers taught the procedures of making daily household items including soaps, washing powder, shampoo, balm, agarbatti, and vermicompost. 
More than 30 start-up enthusiasts in and around Coimbatore benefited
