CREDAI organises 3-day Fairpro Home deals exhibition starting from August 2nd

CREDAI Coimbatore is set to host 'Fairpro 2024 – Festival of Home Deals' from August 2nd to 4th at CODISSIA 'E' Hall. The event will feature over 100 projects from more than 30 developers, showcasing a range of apartments, villas, and plots. Gugan Elango, President of CREDAI Coimbatore, emphasised the opportunity for customers to benefit from new inventory and favourable market trends. The event expects over 10,000 visitors, with State Bank of India as the Title Partner and Jaguar Bath and Renacon as Gold Partners.
Surender Vittel, Chairman of Fairpro 2024, highlighted the advantages of investing in property now, noting rising costs in materials, taxes, and land. Raja, AGM of SBI Home Loan Center, underscored Coimbatore's growth potential, especially with the influx of IT companies. The exhibition aims to provide a comprehensive platform for comparing properties, locations, and financing options, making it an ideal time for serious buyers to invest.
