Aditya Nair, a member of MSRT—159, organized a conference to raise awareness and improve understanding of children's learning disabilities. Lalitha Ramanujan, Founder and Director of Alpha to Omega Learning Centre, was the key speaker, highlighting how learning disabilities hinder a child's development and how parents often fail to recognize these challenges. She presented learning techniques parents can use to improve their child's academic performance, regardless of whether the child faces learning disabilities or not.

The conference was held at The Presidency Club in Egmore, Chennai, and included an activity session for parents on handling children with learning difficulties and developing their skills to face opportunities and challenges. The event aimed to create an inclusive world where everyone gets equal opportunity and provided valuable understanding for parents on how to empower their children to learn better. Lalitha Ramanujan, who has driven Alpha to Omega for nearly 30 years, holds an MA and M Phil in Psychology and is a certified instructor for Professor Reuven Feuerstein's Program of Instrumental Enrichment and Strategies for Intervention Model.
