GRT Hotels and Resorts hosted a two-day cooking event, GReaT Shef, in honour of International Women's Day. The event featured 50 participants who presented their family recipes and shared their stories behind them. The judges had to choose three chefs from seven based on their talent, dedication, and heart. The event was made even more special by the chance to interact with Guinness Record-holding Chef Damu, who is the brand ambassador for the Bazaar restaurants at Grand Chennai, Grand Vijayawada, and Garden Café. The home chefs traveled from various cities to compete, with some even coming from Madurai, Trichy, and other Tamil Nadu cities. The event's enthusiastic response has inspired GRT Hotels and Resorts to make GReaT Shef a recurring event.
