Candidates appear for Group II exam with enthusiasm in Coimbatore

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group II examination is being held today across the state with enthusiasm from candidates. The exam aims to fill 2,327 Group II and Group II A posts, following a notification released on June 20. A total of 7.93 lakh candidates from Tamil Nadu have applied, and the exam is being conducted at 2,763 centres.
In Coimbatore district alone, 33,490 candidates are sitting for the exam across 113 centres. The revenue department is overseeing the smooth conduct of the exams, with candidates being advised to arrive at the centres by 8:30 AM
At Pure Michael Higher Secondary School in the Manikundu area, candidates eagerly gathered from early morning. After routine checks, they were admitted into the exam centre.
