BMW Group India has launched a comprehensive aftersales service campaign, 'Relax We Care', to provide customers with a world-class experience when it comes to their vehicle. The campaign emphasizes BMW's focus on customer satisfaction and aims to raise awareness about the enhancements and benefits of using genuine BMW Service. The initiative offers convenience, transparency, and quality during vehicle service, allowing customers to focus on what matters most – Sheer Driving Pleasure.

The new Joy Rewards program ensures uninterrupted Sheer Driving Pleasure, with regular savings on service and maintenance. Customers can save up to 30% on service for models older than five years and receive better rewards and discounts as their car ages.

Service Inclusive and Service Inclusive Plus are optionally available for all BMW and MINI cars to provide complete peace of mind and reduce the cost of ownership. The packages cover Condition Based Service (CBS) and maintenance work, starting from 3 years / 40,000 kms and expanding up to 10 years / 2,00,000kms.
