26,278 petitions received in 57 Makkaludan Mudalvar camps in Tirupur

District Collector T. Christuraj inspected the Makkudan Mudalvar camps in Palladam Municipality PMR Subbulakshmi Wedding Hall, Thirumuruganpoondi Municipality Manikkavasakar Arena.
In his speech, he said the CM announced various schemes for the benefit of the people of Tamil Nadu and was implementing them well. He launched the "People with CM" project in Coimbatore district on 18.12.2023. Subsequently, in order to effectively implement this scheme in Tirupur district, in the first phase in all urban local bodies (Corporation, Municipality, Town Panchayat) ward wise camps were received to get petitions from the public through various  departments starting from 18.12.2023. The camp will be held till 05.01.2024. Of 71 camps planned, 57 held and 26,278 petitions were received. The demands of the public will be resolved within 30 days. District Revenue Officer D. P.
